Kirsty Somers-Edgar - recently Kirsty returned from Europe where she worked as a massage therapist and completed the London and Prague marathons (both in sub 3 hour 5 minute times). Being an elite sportswomen Kirsty has an inside understanding of healing sports injuries and designing recovery programs that quickly get you back on your feet.
